My expertise makes me more of a consultant than coach because I work with you to develop specific, detailed strategies to assist you in reaching your designated goals. 

As a systems specialist, I easily capture a big picture view of any issue. This lets me see how pieces, steps, activities and strategies fit together over the long term.  

I’ve been in leadership positions all of my life. My professional  research on women’s leadership styles has been presented at International professional conferences. Over the years, my travels have allowed me to work with leaders from around the world to help them build organizations and business and to reach personal and professional goals.

Now I develop leaders through mentoring, consulting and coaching to understand the complexities and growth related opportunities of change in organizations and in life.

You could say I’m a “no-nonsense” type of professional who believes you should get your money’s worth when you make an investment in yourself, business and life. Therefore, to be honest about it, my ideal client is one who is
